Goodenough College Great Hall (London House)

Just a minute's walk across the Square from the Goodenough Club, Goodenough College serves breakfast in its historical Great Hall. With its oak panelling, gilded crests and portraits of the College Founders, it is a wonderful setting to come together and eat a meal with friends, and one of the experiences our guests and Members of the College enjoy most.

Each day, breakfast includes continental and cooked options, as well as the opportunity to have eggs made to order, so you can get the day off to a great start.

Tea and coffee is available throughout the day in the Goodenough Club Lounge.

Freddie's Café in London House (Goodenough College) has many options for lunch, including Benugo sandwiches, a salad and deli sandwich bar, as well as more substantial hot food options. There is also a coffee bar which serves snacks and cakes throughout the day.

We offer two onsite bars, The GBar in William Goodenough House and Freddie's in London House.

The GBar is a great place to unwind in the evening. Selling subsidised drinks as well as snacks, it's a great place to come and socialise with your friends and also has table tennis table, pool table and table football, as well as Sky TV.

Evening drinks are also available in Freddie's Bar located in London House.

Dinner is held in the Great Hall and there are always three courses available for dinner, including three main course options, as well as a pasta and salad bar, and a range of desserts. 

In the evening Freddie's also serves made to order pizza and deli platters, which proves very popular with our Members. Drinks and alcoholic beverages are also available, for a relaxed and comfortable setting.
